ACTIVATION

Find space to be quiet and be with the Lord. Still your heart in worship, the scriptures or just the silence with Him. Take 30 minutes walk through the following:

Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal your gift(s). Thinking back over what we have learned this week, and in particular the chapter on “everybody gets to play” – what is God highlighting in your life or inviting you to press into?

 Ask Him to put a person (or persons) on your heart that He wants to strengthen, encourage, and comfort. See what comes to mind for them – a picture, a phrase, a passage of scripture and note it in your time. If the meaning of what you are getting feels fuzzy, ask the Holy Spirit to give interpretation. Share what you have received with this person (ideally in person, but use whatever method you are able).

Write down anything you received from the Lord in this time.
