Writing Your Mission Statement

For our dinner together we will be sharing our personal mission statements. Here are some helpful guidelines as you write yours…

Write your personal mission statement - your mission as a leader. This is a few sentences that you can share, remember, and come back to as you continue to lead.

- think, “how do I want to lead?”

- think back on topics we covered in this course - what stood out the most to you, what go you most excited about  leadership, use that in your mission!

- think “who am I on mission to? Think about those in your sphere of leadership (now and in the future!) and what you want to leave with them. 

- PRAY. Ask the Holy Spirit what kind of leader He is shaping you to be, what are the important things for you, where is He going that you want to go and take people with you?
